To withdraw from your purchase, please complete the form below. Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

You must then return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment and for the item until we receive it.

You may only handle the item to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality – as you would in a physical shop. Please return it securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Unnecessary use or damage may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Shoe boxes must not be used as outer shipping packaging. Wrap the shoe box or place it inside a separate shipping box to protect both the item and its packaging.
